Use myEagleCard to:

  • check the balances of your Dining Meal Plan accounts, such as your Meal credits, Ala Carte points and EagleFlex dollars.
  • check your Print Credit balance.
  • deposit money to your EagleFlex account with a bank card.
  • "deactivate" your EagleCard if it is lost or stolen.
  • view and print transaction history by account.

EWU Students: You can open an EagleFlex account by logging onto EagleNet. Go to Student / Student Account / EagleFlex Enrollment. Read the EagleFlex Account Terms and Conditions. If you choose to accept the terms and conditions, an EagleFlex account will be created automatically.

EWU Staff, Faculty or guests of EWU: Please to go to the EWU Dining Business office in Tawanka Hall, room 120 to have an account created. Dining Business Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.

If you have an existing EagleFlex account you can immediately begin using myEagleCard to manage your account.

You can make a cash deposit to EagleFlex by visiting a PHIL station (ATM like device). PHIL stations are located:

  • on the first floor of Tawanka Hall across from the Dining Business Office (room 120)
  • outside the PUB Computer Lab on the 3rd floor of the PUB
  • within the Copy Center in the JFK Library, Main Floor
  • within the Riverpoint Library

You can also go in person or call the EWU Dining Business office in Tawanka Hall, room 120, on the Cheney Campus. The office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. The phone number is: 509.359.6184.

 

EWU Students: Currently enrolled students, who have paid the Technology Fee, receive a $9.00 Print Credit each term to use for printing or copying. The $9.00 Print Credit does not carry over from quarter to quarter. Funds cannot be added to the Print Credit, and EagleFlex $’s will be used to pay for additional printing when insufficient Print Credit $’s are available.

Print Credit funds can be used for printing at almost every Cheney and Spokane campus computer lab, computer classroom, and Libraries.
